Microsoft SNA Server is a communication server permitting access by clients to IBM mainframe and midrange computing facilities and offering printing facilities to the host computers. Load balanced configurations of SNA Server are well suited to high availability situations since the failure of any server is transparent to connected clients which are automatically switched to other available servers.
